These homes renovated would sell at or above Little Italy level price points. Seriously, these houses are beautiful. We may need another Hessler type effort!! I've been inside a few of these when I went to CWRU, and they retain original ornamentation. While Stokes West’s basic plan remains unchanged — 255 apartments in two connected towers of seven and eight stories with a third-floor swimming pool, ground-floor co-working spaces and a coffee/wine bar — it adds the new townhouses and outdoor public spaces with statues or other features that honor the neighborhood’s history. That is fascinating the objections of demolishing the old townhomes has eventually led to the proposal and construction of new townhomes. Not enormous, but it is an upgrade to have residential lining Cedar Ave. OLD SITE PLAN: NEW SITE PLAN:- Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway District: Development and News

OK a few more updates. I'm going to keep Hart Crane Park (plus he has University Circle connections so he gets a shout out). The park is on the other side of the rapid. Added Nautica and the new Flats Platform Tennis. Current the name of the skate park to Crooked River Skate Park. (sorry Crooked River Cross Fit…didn’t make the cut). I’m still trying to decipher the additional trail / bike path routes.- Cleveland: Random Quick Questions
Good suggestions. I post to UO because I expect nitpickers! I was using the bottom of this page map as my Towpath Trail guide. https://www.ohioanderiecanalway.com/explore/the-towpath-trail/ Not sure when I'll have time to update again (busy man drinking beer....St. Demetrios Greekfest, Cuyahoga River Rally, and some other CLE hanging)...but keep the ideas coming! If anyone can help with the other trails with a better map outline, please let me know.- Cleveland: Random Quick Questions
