Thanks for the recap! IMO, Murray Hill Market has been the nicest addition in the past 6 months...everything else has just been a plus. Decent neighborhood too... ;)

^ I think Case Western is focusing more on building its new student center, athletic field house, and a few other things in the pipeline first...than building a West Quad.

Check it out. As with any Urban City, you nee to be cautious. Period. This part of E. Cleveland is prime for redevelopment. I've hung out there during the day and didn't really see anything fishy. Not so much with the nighttime walking yet unfortunately... I disagree...Mi Pueblo, Euclid Tavern, and Blue Fig Cafe get feet on the streets at night. And of course Gas USA :) But this is now reaching into the University Circle thread discussion at this point.

^ Those are some of the rumors I've heard if 27 Coltman sells out. I hope they can keep some of the brick for the old warehouse though... Also, that corner building at E.120 and Coltman is so beat up and should be replaced with something great...but this is my personal pipe dream...

^ Short answer--Yes. I say this only because since I've lived here, I've never seen anyone going in and out of it. Not sure who owns it. And where the open field is, the brick warehouse burned down over a decade ago. This really shows you how 27 Coltman has completely turned around the area almost single-handedly.
