Cleveland: Best Happy Hours/Nightly Specials
The lady pays ten dollars, and she can select up to ten martini's off of the drink list. So it breaks down to a buck a piece. Most girls stop ordering around 6-7 though it seems. Heading over right now...

Cleveland: Best Happy Hours/Nightly Specials
Tonight I'm taking a few ladies over to Coventry to "La Bodega's" insane ladies' night special: 10 martinis for $10 every Monday night for females. This got me thinking, what are some of the best specials/drink specials around Cleveland? Please post here. My new favorite downtown happy hour is Zinc, where every drink is 50% off.

Here's an update on the new Washington Place Bistro and Inn. They are now officially open as both a restaurant and an Inn. Here is there pretty impressive website: http://www.washingtonplacelittleitaly.com/ I ate there for lunch last week, and I was pleseantly surprised and impressed by the quality of the meal and price ranges. Every Wednesday night, they have a "2 for $40" special that includes an appitizer, two entered, and a bottle of wine. Today I received a tour of the new remodeled rooms, and they give Glidden House a run for its money. They are cozy, with some nice views of UC on the top floor. They run for $149 a night...so not too bad at all. So there's my report. The new remodeled Inn and restaurant is now ip and running, and is a great improvement to both UC and LI.

Cleveland International Welcome Center
Whatever happened to plans for an international welcome center in Cleveland? Expect to hear a new welcome mat hitting the front porch in the new year. Sometime this year, according to plans, Cleveland will announce that it is again open to immigrants -- as well as to anyone else who can breathe life into empty homes and help to create high-tech jobs. http://blog.cleveland.com/metro/2011/01/international_welcome_center_i.html
