Love the dynamic lighting and interesting they are adding a story to the parking garage. And....drumroll...article says groundbreaking is set for January.

I'm confused. So no Nov 16 groundbreaking today?

At first I thought were we losing the last remnants of the Circle (old trolley turnaround)...and making it a "square." :) But now I see section D actually is creating more of a circular shape than exists presently.

Cleveland has looked amazing on national TV tonight. Chardon Polka band at the Slovenian national home, Myles Garrett feature on the artwork he commissioned at Playhouse Square, Joe Thomas driving around talking up Cleveland, and overall beautiful aerial night shots. CLE Proud.
