hell, if thats what u wanna do, quit school and get to it. save your money. you dont need a degree. just a good head on your shoulders. you could probably even use your overage check towards a down payment to get started. although you may not need it, there still are zero down programs out there, especially for first time buyers...you'll just pay a higher interest rate...though you can always refi later to get a good rate.

there are lenders who will finance "hard money". hard money is when the bank will finance generally 70% loan to value of the building based on what it will be worth when you are done remodeling. you usually have 12 months to do what you need to do before the loan is due in full. you can also refinance before that time is up which seems to be the way you would want to go. i know of one local lender who specialize in this type of financing.

i'd be in favor of selling the turnpike as long as all the proceeds would go to developing an extensive passenger rail system in ohio. thats the only way i'd support it.

i believe that along with councilmen, state reps, congressmen, and any other person paid by tax payers in their city, state, village, district, etc...it should not only be law but a duty to live in the said boundary lines of the people who pay their salary...the tax payers.
  17. what is this "big news" that you speak of?
  18. i dont believe hopkins needs retail...in fact i dont know what ails them and how they could get to 1 billion before any bells went off. ive been to quite a few airports and i find cleveland as one of the cleanest, easy to navigate airports. when i need a beer i can find a bar. when i need a paper or magazine i can find one. there seems to be plenty of retails options aside from those. what do u want a wal-mart there. just manage your money and keep it clean.
