Agreed. I'm not a lawyer, but have had some experiences of my own with issues like this. If you try to break the lease and they hold you to it, you can sue them under the Ohio consumer practices laws--since they are advertising the murphy beds on the website.

I am at a loss for what to get my boomer parents for Christmas. They literally have everything! And they are comfortable in retirement so buy themselves things they need/want all year long. I've exhausted all the Omaha Steaks, Hickory Farms and other holiday delivered food gifts. Anyone seen anything really cool for gifts this year?

My ex wife and I did it when our kids were preschool age. There comes a point when you realize that all kids are good, but there are lots of uncaring, and downright awful parents out there in the world. Unfortunately there tends to be more of them lumped together in the city for socioeconomic reasons. But we even experienced the same in eastern Lakewood around the turn of the century....

I'm very interested in attending. I'm wondering if they made upgrades to concessions as well. Admittedly it's been years, but the last big event I attended there was a Rock Hall Induction, and the concession stands were embarrassing. It was like hot dogs in a crock pot and bags of candy that it looked like the city employees picked up at 7 Eleven on their way to the show. I felt like I was at a high school PTA event 😜

With council, are there any laws on the books dictating wards must be directed by population? It does seems strange that the east side is emptying out yet those council people are going to retain their fiefdoms.

I'm sure by design as it was constructed about the same time as the Shoreway. I'd like to see CMHA raise all the low rise buildings and keep the tower. Then construct several new high rises around it for low/middle income familes, freeing up land for more park and retail uses.
