Cleveland: Crime & Safety Discussion
Get arrested with a gun and underage girl in your vehicle.....and get paid administrative leave! I'm sure the CPPA will be fighting for this scumbag even after he's convicted. Cleveland: Random Quick Questions
Both WJW and OIO transmitters are in Parma. So distance shouldn't be a problem. https://localtvwjw.files.wordpress.com/2016/03/4940_001-2.pdf I've also heard that some networks went with the absolute bare minimum when the FCC switch over to digital occurred. I would imagine with all the cable cutting going on, they may want to rethink this.

C'mon--you have an IROC-Z? And it has better lateral visibility than most modern cars?

Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
Cleveland has concrete roads? I was sure they were made from lunar dust....hence the craters. ?

Cleveland: Transit Ideas for the Future
I was in St Louis for work this week and found myself in the Delmar Loop for the first time. St Louis in general has saved much of it's historic architecture, and the Loop is no exception. It almost reminded me of a slightly more dense version Madison Ave, or sections of Detroit Ave in Lakewood. I noted streetcar tracks in the pavement and my friend told me it's actually a project started by a private business owner who also owns many of the buildings in the business district. It's behind schedule and over budget, but due to open very soon. This got me thinking--with the new project in downtown Lakewood moving forward, wouldn't it be nice to have a Lakewood loop trolley running out Detroit then back on Madison, connecting it to the rapid station on W 117th? https://fox2now.com/2018/11/07/loop-trolley-in-finals-stages-of-certification/

Lakewood: Development and News
Very sad...a throwback of when neighborhoods didn't want to see gaudy gas stations in their midst. This would make a great high-end repair shop for someone with a low-volume business (vintage euro sports cars, etc).

What are you saying? The residents need the Legal Aid Society? ??

Does Anthony Allega still have the semi-trailer concrete trucks? Those would actually be appropriate here....just not on the roads getting to the site! ?

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport
^^I don't disagree with these examples in terms of onvenience, however they are top 20 airports in the USA and we are....Cleveland. We are already starting from a negative position in terms of perception...why not make it a much better experience? Similar sized markets like Indianapolis and Buffalo all placed their rental cars in transportation centers right out side the arrivals area.

Housing Market & Trends
We have plenty of houses. Just many of them need rehabbed. The city and county should step up code enforcement and force absentee landlords to sell to someone willing to put the effort into the homes.

New UO site design suggestions
This works for me now as well, but is not nearly as efficient as the old site. I used to bookmark the "unread replies" page right on my toolbar. This works, but is MUCH slower to load than the old site. Also--if you click on "replies" from this page, it takes you to the LAST post in the thread, rather than the first UNREAD post in the thread (as the old site used to do). For me this is more frustrating than anything as I have to scroll up to get back to where I left off. Any workarounds for that?

New UO site design suggestions
I'm using firefox on a laptop and when I click this it gives me ALL unread content, not unread replies like I was used to. In otherwords, i would only get the replies to threads I had participated in.

New UO site design suggestions
What is the quickest way to see "unread replies" as I used to click on in the old forum? I'm playing with "activity streams" but it doesn't seem to have one-click functionality?

Greater Cleveland RTA News & Discussion
There was a track issue that was damaging the wheels. Is RTA's switching system that antiquated that they can't operate a delayed service by single-tracking through the affected area of the repair?

Cleveland Browns Discussion
I watched him with a hell of a lot of poise out there. Those close in camera shots you never saw panic--he looked like he had a pretty good idea of what he was seeing on the other side of the line of scrimmage. That's something we haven't seen in Cleveland much in the last 20 years.
