Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad
C'mon Cleveland. Don't F this up. It would be an amazing asset to link Tower City to the park and Downtown Akron.

Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad
Would those tracks be the CVSR route, should it ever come to being?

Cleveland Development Map
I didn't see on here, but there is also the "Lake Ave Townhouses" townhome/rennovation project happening at 9803-9805 Lake Ave.

I'm sure if you're a Yankee school north of the turnpike, even less...

I third the meh. But for other reasons, mainly, this is another "big city item" that Cleveland has that sets it self apart from other similar sized markets (a secondary arena downtown). First it was loss of the the hotel at the airport terminal, and soon it will be the downtown airport. Meh is right.

In the criminal/civil courts normally there is a judgement entered on the online docket. Have you checked there?

Cleveland SC Soccer Stadium
Is the Juvenile Justice center site large enough to accommodate a small soccer stadium? This would at least somewhat connect it with the CSU campus.

Cleveland SC Soccer Stadium
I also hate to be a naysayer but this seems like an atrocious waste of money that could be combined with either re-purposing the Browns stadium if they vacate, or doing a combo college/pro facility on campus at Cleveland State. We're talking about a small league with 13 home games, in a small town market in an current economic environment where Federal dollars are about to evaporate into the morning Lake Erie fog. I'm as pro-development as they come on these boards, but this one could use some deeper thought.

Cleveland: Streetscape Improvements
There is on the CPP site. I've used it before and they come out fairly quick (by City of Cleveland standards). Half the problem in cities today is people spend hours complaining on Facebook, but no one ever thinks to actually report the problem to the city so it can be fixed.

Cleveland: General Business & Economic News
Yeah I used to be a defender of the IX, but now that much of the show floor space has been converted to warehousing, there isn't much allure to it. The convention center has to be similar sized?

Nothing says "Canyons" quite like townhomes at a freeway exit! 😜

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
Which is great and i support any "mixed use" development within the city limits, but defeats the argument of moving the Browns out of downtown for Brookpark. I'd rather spend the money on the current site. Upgrade the stadium, and add mixed use to the area around it.

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
I don't love this site because it takes walking out of the Browns games. That's one of the great things about the current location, people walk in from all over downtown. Tailgates, bars, restaurants, Rapid at Tower City. It's actually easy. The 72nd site would be somewhat remote and force everyone to spend the morning right around the site.

Cleveland: Random Quick Questions
I was looking on Foreflight tonight to check on a plane flying over my house and noticed a NOTAM for downtown near BKL, warning pilots of "Numerous high intensity beam searchlights" from Feb 24-26. Anyone have any intel? From the map it looks like Public Square. Perhaps testing for a Sherwin Williams grand opening show?

Cleveland: NASA Glenn Research Center News & Info
NASA's T34 is doing laps in the pattern this morning at CLE if anyone is interested. He's probably trying to build some hours before Elon fires everyone. A It's always interesting when they have it out as they have to gate off Hangar road on the north side of the field for the plane to cross the road on its taxiway into Nasa Glenn.

Amtrak & Federal: Passenger Rail News
I thought they had a way to sign up for email alerts, but I don't see it now. There is a live status tracker if you wake up early and click on this: https://www.amtrak.com/track-your-train-with-google-maps#:~:text=The train location tracking map,the click of a mouse. You'd probably have 5, 6 maybe 7 hours if it is seriously delayed before it gets to Mentor:

For sure. We can do a drone tour of Bethlehem Steel just outside of Buffalo and see what that looks like. Truly sad.

Brook Park: New Cleveland Browns Stadium
I think we'll see soon that the new vision of funding in America will be one based on people who are loyal and donate to Trump and MAGA candidates rather than helping all Americans. If you want funding, you must kiss the ring. So Jimmy may very well be able to pull it off.
