  1. What are the odds that the former Browns kicker knocks through the last second winning field goal for the Bengals tomorrow night. I'd say pretty high.
  2. Link to sign up for said meeting: https://rsandh.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_64mae_YKTq2dMsJw4BsSug
  3. I wonder how many city cops and firefighters ended up eventually leaving the neighborhood after the residency requirement was shot down?
  4. It happens all the time in the suburbs. Right before a couple gets divorced....
  5. I was hunting around for info on the new microwave antennae on the Key Tower (per MayDay's Goodtime outing) and realized that floor 57 is available at the Key Tower. Perhaps a Cleveland based contingent of UO's could kick in on this fantastic shared office space? ? https://keytowerohio.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/KeyTower_2020Availabilities_5-29-20.pdf
  6. They look like microwave relay antennae rather than satellite.

Mother nature is putting a stop to COVID spread on labor day in Cleveland! It's getting dangerous out there! Everyone be safe! MLK Drive is a river!
  8. It should end up being a great mix of incomes no? I imagine the apartments facing out at Euclid and 9th would fetch high dollar.

Yes when we boarded we were at a table downstairs until underway. Once away from the dock, they released each table individually to go upstairs to assigned seating on the 3rd deck. I assume you were all the way up on top of the pilot house? You just have some juice! ? Other than the staff not being very helpful initially, it was kind of funny. Even the guys' own family was fighting with him to get him to move. He was just one of those old codgers stuck in his ways (thanks Fox News!). Unfortunately, that 3rd deck of the Goodtime was a microcosm for all Americans at that point in time....

I went with the wife and her family last weekend. There was an old guy all hopped up on Fox News that sat directly in front of us with no mask and refused to move. The usher staff seemed to not want to do anything, and finally the waitress taking drink orders took control of the situation and made the man move to his assigned seat.
  11. Interesting timeline that I thought UO members might like. https://www.visualcapitalist.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/Timeline-of-Tallest-Structures-in-History.html?utm_source=morning_brew
  12. From reports I've seen, all hands are on deck. CPD, FBI and US Marshalls fugitives all on the hunt. Even Mayor Jackson was up late on camera last night.
  13. Sadly one of Cleveland's own has fallen. I'm posting the CNN link as I specifically looked at multiple outlets as I'm sure to see an entire day of conservative Twitter posts about "mainstream media won't report this..."
  14. Slight fix necessary.
  15. Oh I'm not either. In fact I could see Bedrock pulling off a mixed use development with parking before the casino addition.
  16. If a casino phase 2 and/or mixed use development on the river front included 1500 parking spaces, would that suffice?
  17. As well as tourists and casino patrons. IMO a healthy mix of outlet stores would be an excellent complement to the casino, residents and 9-5 workers. https://www.tangeroutlet.com/foxwoods/stores
  18. I also had an interaction with a Census worker who was on my neighbor's front porch last week. So there are still some out on the streets working.
  19. It hasn't worked because it didn't have the right mix of stores as the retail climate changed. We have a pending outlet mall project on the muni lots that would be a much better fit at Tower City. Outlet malls are a perfect fit with casinos. They exist successfully all over the country.
  20. I bought at $92 and it just hit all time high yesterday. Thanks for the friendly tip. Watching it now to figure out what to do with it....
  21. Just curious why retail is not an option?

There was nothing wrong with you. Frampton's solo on the outro of "Do You Feel Like We Do?" is one of the greatest live rock solos EVER.
  23. There's lots of GA at CLE this year because COVID has slammed commercial traffic so ATC is allowing GA pilots in there for "fun". The same thing is happening at ORD, LAX, etc. In NYC, GA pilots are doing "NYC Class Bravo Tours", with touch and goes at JFK, LGA and EWR just because they finally can.

Funny I have been on an Eagles kick lately as well. Since Joe Walsh is "adopted" by Cleveland, I've been hearing about him my entire life. Only recently have I realized just what a great player he is!
  25. When there is no threat of enforcement in the city of Cleveland, people are going to speed. It would be interesting to see the race of the drivers causing the accidents. My casual observation from driving these same routes are young black folks are just as likely to speed and drive like idiots as white drivers.
