  6. Hasn't really been occupied since the beginning of 2020. Almost 4 years now. It's been a huge hit for Downtown business ever since. There was an article a couple weeks ago(?) that Welty was going to try a go at the old City Center hotel that Testa was not able to complete. More residential is going to be tough in Downtown right now.

More housing amenable to older residents supported.
