As part of Phase 1 of the 10-year Master Plan, the facility will open in August of 2020.   9. That's great to hear. I thought it was reported that they had pulled out. The smell is from the Canal. "They" (City & Ohio & Erie Canalway?) are aware of it and I thought they were trying to do something about it.

Administered by the Ohio Department of Commerce, DORA districts were an option created by the general assembly in 2015. Ohio lawmakers passed legislation authorizing the areas in 2015. No, probably the same trajectory as almost all other outlet malls. Also, why mention Lodi and not Grove City which appears to be doing fine. He cherry picked a bad one.
  19. I'm guessing you mean contemporary. Modernist is an era of Architecture and this does not fit it. Modern architecture, or modernist architecture, was based upon new and innovative technologies of construction, particularly the use of glass, steel and reinforced concrete; the idea that form should follow function (functionalism); an embrace of minimalism; and a rejection of ornament.

But the vote was not unanimous. Councilwoman Tara Samples broke with her colleagues, saying that planning staff failed to notify residents in her neighboring city ward who may lack transportation and would benefit from another retail option.
