Rhodes Arena into team lounges for the Zips men's and women's basketball programs and construct a 1,650-square-foot strength-training room that will service four varsity teams. The lounges will provide enhanced facilities for team activities and be located in proximity to each squad's locker room and arena floor.   14. I doubt that the church will be torn down in favor for a hotel. There are a few surface areas without building structures near the convention center. Demolition isnt cheap. Personally, there may be a need for a hotel on the south side of downtown if that area keeps seeing growth. Is there any word on the new Diebold location yet? It sounded like Diebold was going to Green from the way the Mayor there was talking. I haven't seen anything formal yet though.
