prolix, I visited The Village today and took a tour. Interested in moving down there from the outerbelt b/c I work at the U hospital most days. The street is hooved up b/c of the significant ground temp changes and they are fixing it as I write this. I viewed many open apts in the new larger complex and all looked nice. Most had never been rented before. Staff has been very helpful and nice. I walked thru the garage and found it well kept. I wanted to make sure there was room to park my motorcycle along with car. Certainly some construction going on, but I didn't see or smell any of the problems you mentioned and I seemed to walk most of the building. Are they just that good at covering up the problems?
