Cleveland Browns Discussion
@YABO713 As someone with some experience in this area, you should consider starting your own Adsense-enabled Browns blog. Maybe called it "Monday Morning Cleveland Coach." Your insights and analysis are very worthwhile and well-grounded. And to create a little controversy and to lighten the mood, throw a subtle dig at Angry Browns Fan every so often. It will get you some hate-mail now and then, but if you don't get at least a little hate mail in the writing biz, you're not doing it right. Here's another reason to write an analysis blog... One thing I've come to appreciate is why local sports talk shows discuss Browns stuff almost exclusively -- because it is gold. Every time I've written a Browns-related real estate or development article, it's generated a ton of views. In fact, among my top-five most-viewed articles since 2019, three have been Browns-related stories (the two that weren't shocked me!).... Browns leaning toward new stadium – NEOtrans 68K Haslams’ major announcement(s) – NEOtrans 63K Greyhound station leaving downtown – NEOtrans 60K PearlBrook shopping center to be razed – NEOtrans 49K Sources: Browns want new stadium; Mayor wants community input – NEOtrans 26K So if you want some help on starting/writing/promoting a Browns blog, let me know.

Ubotica puts US HQ in Greater Cleveland By Ken Prendergast / October 16, 2023 When a Dublin, Ireland-based maker of artificial intelligence software for commercial satellites looked for a home in the nation with the world’s largest space program, it didn’t choose to be near any of the NASA complexes south of the Mason-Dixon Line. Instead, it picked the only NASA center north of it to be its neighbor. MORE: https://neo-trans.blog/2023/10/16/ubotica-puts-us-hq-in-greater-cleveland/

Lviv is a wonderful city. Ranks right up with Kyiv but less hectic. Glad their rail links are being improved considering the lack of commercial aviation.

BRIGHTLINE DOUBLES DAILY TRAIN SERVICE TO MEET HUGE DEMAND! Train travel is becoming red hot in America! Brightline has officially doubled the train service between Miami and Orlando to 30 trips daily starting Monday. The announcement was made on Oct. 4, less than two weeks after the company's inaugural trip to central Florida. Brightline is now running 15 trains in each direction from Orlando to Miami, doubling the previous offering of eight trips each way. The first train of the day leaves Miami at 6:41 a.m., arriving in Orlando at 10:19 a.m., and the last train of the day leaves Miami at 9:41 p.m. Meanwhile, the first train leaves Orlando at 4:38 a.m., and arrives into Miami at 8:11 a.m. The final train leaves Orlando at 8:54 p.m. Brightline also has stops in Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach. Additional early-morning and late-night trains will operate between these stations. Before the extension to Orlando on Sept. 22, service only went to West Palm Beach. The launch of new services came nearly three months after Brightline completed construction of its rail line between Miami and Orlando. "A big congratulations to Brightline for delivering first-class rail service to the American people," said Andy Kunz, USHSR President. "The huge success of their first train line proves Americans love train travel when its convenient, frequent, and luxurious." Depot on Detroit plans at RTA station unveiled By Ken Prendergast / October 13, 2023 Conceptual plans for a new apartment building to be located just west of the West Boulevard rapid transit station in Cleveland’s Cudell neighborhood were submitted to the city this week. Called the Depot on Detroit, it’s the latest in a series of new apartment buildings planned, under construction or built recently near stations on Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) rail and bus rapid transit lines. These transit-oriented developments are intended to address poverty by shrinking the spatial disconnect between jobs and job-seekers caused by urban sprawl.
