I think this is Clark-Fulton. If it is, it's just barely..... Platform Brewery property is on tap By Ken Prendergast / May 29, 2024 The latest in a series of properties at the northwest end of Cleveland’s Clark-Fulton neighborhood is in play for possible redevelopment. No. Kevin was just saying that he's got a listing coming that he considers of NEOtrans' bomb-level quality. BTW, it's a nice story. I don't think it's a bomb. Might be an M-100 though... 😜

Cleveland: Crime & Safety Discussion
The only way a chase is justified is if the accused is at immediate risk of hurting other innocent bystanders. The accused is less likely to act in a desperate manner and immediately commit another violent crime if they are not chased. It is far less dangerous to follow them via CCTV or with airborne platforms (drone, helicopter, etc). Chases only make insecure wanna-be tough guy cops feel more powerful and effective. A rational police officer knows the significant dangers to the public and to him/herself from a chase.

All GCRTA Blue Line stations in Shaker Heights to be rebuilt By Ken Prendergast / May 28, 2024 The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) needed $16 million from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to rebuild eight of its stations in Shaker Heights along the light-rail Blue Line. Not only did GCRTA get the full $16 million, it got the money it needed on the first try. That’s a big win considering the FTA received nearly $1.1 billion in requests nationwide for the $343 million in stations funding available this year. US Economy: News & Discussion
GOLDMAN'S PASQUARIELLO: ".. the US is growing above trend .. wages are growing faster than the rest of the inflation basket, so real disposable income is rising .. alongside this is a MASSIVE wealth effect from the stock market and the housing market .. and, all of this comes on top of healthy household balance sheets. .. US consumption is more durable than the bears believe." Greatest wage gains are among lower wage earners...

Cleveland: Housing Market
Greater Cleveland housing market among USA’s tightest By Ken Prendergast / May 28, 2024 Spring time is the busiest time of the year for home shopping. That’s when most prospective buyers are out looking for new places to live and, under normal circumstances, it’s when most homeowners list their properties for sale. But these are not normal times in the housing market, especially in Greater Cleveland. MORE: https://neo-trans.blog/2024/05/28/greater-cleveland-housing-market-among-usas-tightest/

CORRECTION! The Walton Senior Apartments is to rise on Clark Avenue with access from Walton Avenue behind. It is located just west of Fulton Road. There was no address listed in its OHFA application and the developer never got back to me. The West 25th/Walton location was the only site on Walton that appeared sensible. But I found a notice filed with Cleveland City Council which gave the correct address/site. More: https://neo-trans.blog/2024/05/20/cleveland-area-affordable-housing-wins-financing/

That type of conscience-less, animalistic behavior causes people who want their children to grow up in safe communities to move out of cities, which only perpetuates racism, isolationism and economic conditions that lead to that behavior.
