^^Interesting, for me soda is strictly for eating out and only gets bought with the groceries if we are entertaining.

What was really disturbing about the EBT soda article is that the percentage is in line with an average American household. Who buys that much soda? Wow.

Well that was a series for the ages. The team never quit and literally was left with their fortunes in the hands of the last man on the bench with 2 outs and down by one in the bottom of the tenth. Nothing left to give. Roll tribe.
  4. ^^^What the hell was that? A narrative in search of a location?

What a great win. What a great night for Cleveland. We watched the ring ceremony on TNT and then straight into the WS where we score in the 1st. I wish I could have gone, but my kids have to go to college someday... The 7th and 8th were nerve wracking as all get out. Miller's legend grows by escaping that mess. It does appear the cubs decision to sit on Millers pitches and hopefully influence the umps that the fringe pitches were balls, was somewhat successful. He still pulled it off though. And Perez, what else can be said about him, besides he's a baller. He has been great behind the plate all playoffs and you can't come up any bigger that two HR in your first World Series game. Lindor. Wow. The best part of this Series is both of these teams have great managers and are loaded with young talent that is locked down contractually for the next few years. Who knows, they could meet again next year. Go Tribe.

I still haven't watched it. I am considering it now with the revised ending....

Sorry, I am at the point where I'll believe anything this off-season.

But they added Mike Brown! Serious? With GS cutting into their bench so deeply, I don't see how Curry and Thompson's minutes don't go up drastically. Didn't Steph average something like 28min last year?

I didn't realize he was going into a contract year. That makes more sense now from the Bulls side. The Knicks are just trying to stay relevant in a Johnny Manziel kind of way.

I've heard a couple of people with that analysis. Work both of them hard with good defense and attacking at them on them offense so their legs are tired in the second half. Last thing you want to do is let Curry skate through the first half and have fresh legs in the 3rd. He'll put up 15 pts in 45 secs and then your in a deep hole. I do feel Lue's switching scheme in the first 2 games although it was fundamentally sound caused too much confusion, and ultimately one of those games.

D Rose goes to Knicks? I have no idea how that plays out, mostly because I have no idea who is currently on the Knicks besides Melo. Change of scenery might do him good.

Pretty awesome day for Cleveland. We ended up just watching the traffic on Google maps and decided to take the shoreway to Nautica at 8AM. Worked like a charm. We ended up at the start of the parade across from the Q underneath the banner on the casino garage. Kyrie actually was running up and down the barricades high fiving everyone during the intial 30 minute delay to get started and then chugging champagne on his truck. He started out in a black T with the Nike KI logos on it but switched it out because it was drenched even before he turned onto Ontario. Didn't really get a good shot of LeBron there were too many people in front of me for me to see him striking the poster pose as he went by it. I was back in Lakewood by 1:30 and watched the rest on TV. I loved the rally. Fred MacLeod did a great job as MC. All the players were funny and/or heartfelt. I know LBJ dropped a few too many swear words but it was the most authentic we've seen him. There were a few awkward moments, Gilbert/LBJ exchanges are always awkward, as is Frank Jackson, but Budish was downright painful to watch.

You're "rockandroller" not "sporzaholic" haha. p.s. MVP stands for "Most Valuable Player" :-) LOL. But seriously RNR, please watch the game on Sunday. You get the chance to be Cleveland's Lucky Rabbit's Foot (Which one of those really weird things when you think about it, that you don't see anymore. Rabbit foot keychains?????)

I was there last night, it was awesome. The crowd was amazing. LeBron was amazing. Tristan was a beast. Great times! Did the ABC pick up the numerous chants of MVP for LeBron? That was one of my favorite parts of the night. Ayesha Curry makes me wish Twitter was around 10 years ago when Gloria James was on the prowl.

Just checking in on the Cavs chatter. Lue's got to do something to get some more offense out of the second unit this series, so I do like the idea of having Love come in off the bench, at least in the first half. Overall I am flabbergasted by the NBA playoffs this year, so many blow outs going back and forth between teams.
  16. It's interesting that EC has no debt, at least in the tradition sense of the word. I found the interview to be very straight forward and frank, it's refreshing.

*Arm yanked from his body, missed the end of the 2015 playoffs. I like this Playoff Kevin Love much more than the regular season model. He turned it up for the play offs last year, too. Be it a very small sample size.

Did Mack improve his situation much football wise? The Falcons were a mess last season after a hot start. I mean anywhere is better than Cleveland, but it looked liked Atlanta's window as a winner was closing.

Big Money! Zac Jackson and Andre Knott will occasionally throw out a Big Money story on the A to Z podcast. They both worked for the Browns while he was there. He was as big of a knucklehead as you would imagine. Edit: found this nice story about Warren while looking for the stop on the turnpike coming back from partying in Pittsburgh. http://www.cleveland.com/browns/index.ssf/2012/02/cleveland_browns_flop_gerard_w.html As far as the non-activity goes, I am ok with it. It's a full rebuild. The pulling of the offer to Schwartz is the only thing that makes me look sideways. It sounds like the agents are looking to rough up the Browns front office. They are saying the Browns were "hesitant" in negotiations. Trying to publicly shame them. I am guessing they miss Randy and Jimmy's magic check books to set their clients up to be PAID.

Good luck in Shaker. I am in Lakewood and I feel for you guys trying to find a house now. I ended up buying on a great street in Lakewood by dumb luck in 2005. Right now, Any house in Lakewood that is worth buying, either by location, updates or both is either sold by word of mouth before it hits the market or the price gets driven up ridiculously high.

Not a 100% positive on the 12 months. Somebody on WFNY said that was the timeframe.

It feels like the Warriors front office is basically trolling the Cavs by this move. Does it even make sense for them? I was disappointed to find out that theNBA put a 12 month waiting period on the trade, waive and then resign move after we did that with Z. When I first heard that Andy was being released I was hoping the Cavs were pulling that move again.

Awesome game. I don't get what the 3D three point line was suppose to show? I get the 1st down line in football but the we've got a two tone court and the arc is already painted on there?

Even though he'd be crazy for leaving the gig in New England, Matt Patricia would fit in nicely with this (literally) the smartest guys in the room management team as HC. From what I heard He's apparently extremely intelligent and has a degree in aeronautical engineering.
