Horrible? I can see bland but horrible? CDM with your food IQ I would think you would be able to order up something that met your standards. Shameless Plug here for one of my local favorites, Clevelanders check out El Tango on MadisonAve in Lakewood for a great burrito. I think one of selling points of Chipolte is that the ingredients are pretty high quality compared to other fast food joints. People just put them together in god awful combinations. A pound of Rice, chicken and cheese wrapped up in a tortilla? Gross. The pork and shredded beef are worlds better than their grilled chicken.

Sorry for posting this and not following up, I was traveling Friday before coming home and driving to Logan. First off it was a great time. We camped at the old man's cave state park which was about a half an hour from the site. It was a very well run event and the obstacles were fun but not too challenging. I hung back with my wife so my time wasnt that great. We did the 9:30 on saturday with a group of about 20 people, most BRRG girls and sig others. It was a hilly bitch of trail run and was already torn up by the 5th heat, I would love to know what it was like today after the thunder storms last night... I highly recommend this to anybody interested. The have scheduled a second one for this year in september outside of Canton.

Hannahan has some ups. That one that he snagged from over his head was pretty impressive. That was a good win from a confidence standpoint. I read the PD write up on it and Acta pointed out if they win tonight they will be .500 on the road trip, which is always good.

It's just that easy? Just "upgrade the kitchen"? Those were the words of the server not mine. She was very apologetic. I know it's not just that easy...Its a calculated risk on the owners part. I was on the wrong end of it on Saturday, it was annoying so I was bitching about it here. I didn't even name the place, because I know of least 5 places that are in the same position. It's pretty common.

One more thing to bitch about. Restaurants that have huge patios and don't upgrade their kitchens to support it. Really? I had to wait an hour after I ordered for a pub burger on Saturday night....

^ Thanks AJ. I am going from being a corporate cube dweller monkey at a Fortune 500 Utility to working for my dad and his partner as a Sales Rep. Basically I am their retirement plan. Unfortunately I won't have that 2 weeks because I have been working both jobs for the last month, using up my vacation days at the old one to do so. However depending on the client and situation beer for lunch is not out of the question. I can't complain about my time here, I learned a lot and found out that I am actually much better at business than engineering. From a talent and interesting project perspective they were good to me, but with a half a promotion in 6 years after semi-screwing me on the way in based on potential opportunity they lost me based on $ a long time ago....

Too bad. It seems to me that being an NCAA coach at a big program is a lot like dealing with IRS/state and taxes. You know that you probably aren't 100% compliant ( anybody here claim Ohio use tax on Internet purchases that you didn't pay sales tax on?) but you try to do your best and hope that you don't get audited. He made a gamble that these incidents were minor and the situation blew up in their face. Well at least now I can go back to hating OSU football like I was raised to. I grew up around Youngstown during Tressels great run at YSU, so I had to root for him when he took over the program.

Ouch that hurt. I went down to lunch at the Flat Iron before the game and we were running a little late so the game had started while we waited for the shuttle. When we got on the bus Ryan the owner who was driving, was like like are you sure you want to go up? it's 7-0. The highlight of the game for me was almost catching a t-shirt and the fact that Matt Fish from Melt was sitting in the next section over. I think that Acta was trying to get out of that mess using as few as pitchers as possible, because that is all you can do at that point. It didn't help that Hermann looked like he was throwing batting practice for 2 innings too. Oh well. That was a weak line up against the BoSox and Talbot was coming off the DL. If they get swept by Tampa then I will be alarmed. We need to get some people healthy and back into the line up. Nice crowd for a weekday afternoon game even if it was infested with Red Sox fans.....It was hot too. I was sticking to my seat..

Holy smokes! Do these guys put on a good show or what? Up 7.5 in the AL Central and playing .667 baseball with June just around the corner. I bought in pretty early but I have been amazed at how they keep winning at this rate.

I just bought a cheapie HP laptop for work. It's basically the same setup I have at home on my old 2008-ish desktop. Athalon X2 64 bit and 4 gigs of RAM. The N wireless is nice though. $399 out the door at Micro Center
