Been on a Gram Parsons and Gram parson covers, kick lately. As far as Rap goes it's mostly stuff from when I was a kid and in college. Ice Cube/NWA/Eazy E, Kool Keith, Tribe & Q-tip, PE, Bone thugz and assorted projects. Just went through my ipod. Add Nappy Roots, Outkast, Wu-tang and Handsome Boy Modelling School to the list. Anybody else ever listen to Basehead? Found a cd in a clearance bin once and loved it.

I think you can take him AJ he smokes at least a pack a day.
  5. Holy schnickies! they are flying. It's going to be pretty cool when they peel the top of the CC back and strip it down to the concrete "tub". It is kind of a shame to watch them rip apart Mall C, I remember watching them working on it from my old office in Key Tower back in 2003 or 2004, our coffee station overlooked the waterfront and it was cool seeing it go from mostly parking lots/asphalt to the park. From above it looked a lot like the renderings.

Please, I don't like looking at myself in the mirror. Why would I want a video of that? Although if I could drive a boat like Tommy Lee I might think twice about. That cracked me up when he started steering the boat "hands free".

I added to your thoughts. I imagine that the phone was not working well enough to delete the memory when the person sent it back to Verizon for a replacement. Glad to see your dad is good natured enough to handle that. Could you imagine if that ended up in the hands of a young minor? Moral of the story: Always save your homemade porn on the SD card incase the phone craps out.

Don't tell me anything. I haven't watched any of the last season yet. The first season was the best when she was just the weed dealing housewife in the private community of Agestic CA. Did I metion again that she is hot?
  10. MH How did that go? :) That's insane. I only know one girl who could probably go for all 10.

Interesting Op-ed piece from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette putting the NEO/ SW PA economy and interconnections in perspective. Thanks to Defend Youngstown for posting this on his FB page. Welcome to Cleveburgh! Pittsburghers need to rethink their place in the world Regional economist CHRISTOPHER BRIEM tells us why Sunday, January 02, 2011 Cleveburgh. To anyone who has survived the many cold slugfests pitting the Steelers against the Browns, this word may grate like fingernails pulled across a chalkboard. But chalkboards have seen their day. It may be time to realize that what separates Pittsburgh and Cleveland is more artificial than real. It may be time to talk about the once-unthinkable: a combined Cleveland-Pittsburgh metro region. more at: http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/11002/1114678-109.stm

^Agreed 327. I am not a Mangini hater but that 4 game slide at the end and the maddening inconsist play gave Holgren every excuse hhe would need to fire Mangini.

Hey. It is what it is. All I can say is "his loss". Although the MoFo could have told me before I gave him a xmas gift! Always get the present or dinner first before breaking up....
  18. ^I hope they are successful. I am going to have to send a donation. Schiller Park was great when we live there. It would be a shame to lose that many of the big old trees.

Sorry to hear about your accident. I was spending some quality time watching Discovery HD yesterday with my boys and on "Moose Attack!" about moose and the expanding suburbs and they said that deer and moose (mostly car accidents) cause more deaths per year in the US and Canada than all of the animal predators put together. The craziest video was a 800 lb moose wandering into a apartment complex through a propped open loading dock door and was wandering the halls freaking out.

I tend to fall on the side of compensating the players. However we are really only talking about a handful of NCAA football and basketball (less of a problem with 1 and done in place) programs where the schools are "making money" off the players. And really only a handful of players in that group, the overwhelming majority of NCAA athletes are happy to be playing their sports at a higher level and getting whatever scholarship money they get . I am kind of liking HTS idea for a tiered stipend for D-1 athletes. Or perhaps some sort of profit sharing trust fund for the players that they can carry with them after they leave school tied to marketing and game revenues. Really the problem with NCAA football is that the NFL doesn't have a D-league or minor league unlike MLB or to a lesser extent NBA, so NCAA is basically the only route for the high talent players to get into the NFL. Some of these players are their to get an education too and see that has value too, but some seem to feel that everyday they play in college is a day they are not getting paid. But what do I know? I played club sports. We paid to play (minus $500 a year per sport from the Athletic Dept)
  23. Eh, I am not totally opposed to it, but it would require Walmart doing basically exactly the opposite of how they used to/usually do things for me to like it.
  24. I would just be happy to go back to the original smaller footprint Target that used to be in Rocky River, they closed that 3 years ago (and it still sits there empty) when they opened the new mediium footprint one at the revamped Westgate. I loved that store I could walk to get something from the far end of the store and still be out in 5 minutes. Now I just wander around. Much like I do at home depot. On the bright side Steelyard Commons obviously addressed a deficiency of accessible retail with in the city of Cleveland. Now what Wal-Mart was thinking opening stores at Steelyards, City-View and Ridge Road/Brookpark road I will never know. Good they had that sewer gas excuse to close the one in City View. :(
