on another note they have begun site work. they started by leveling all of the trees on the eden park side of the site.

they are just about ready to pour that next deck so there is a lot more done right now than is in your picture.

i dont think it looks cheap at all but im dislike the blue more and more every time. i wish it were a little lighter. i also think the roof portion is going to weather terribly and just look bad in a few years.

wow...they didnt waste any time getting those up. seems like most projects around here utilize the smaller cranes until the absolutely need a tower. we need to add about 4 more around town and we'll be set

i think it is a great article...something very neutral from Ohio-Hating ESPN. i dont think there is single thing to get angry about.

rando is right on about the on street parking. it is a widely used urban design tool to improve the pedestrian experience along dense city streets. some places it does not work but i believe in most instances, is because the street parking is an afterthought. if designed with bulbouts, trees, etc. it will be very nice.

^ that comment is completely off base. affordable doesnt mean crack runners. affordable means people that arent getting paid 150k right out of college can actually live there. this not an exclisive resort neighborhood only for the super rich.
