I work in this building occasionally and the water fountains have been blocked off for years. You are not allowed to drink the water in the plumbing

Brook Park: New Cleveland Browns Stadium
If Option #3 is proceed without the County, why is this up for a discussion? What incentive is there for County to help BP? Dangle your incentives carrot for DT tell him get lost for BP. Seems pretty open and shut?

Cleveland: General Business & Economic News
Terrible, Terrible sports team owner. Failed Politician. Fully expect Team NEO to be a dumpster fire management-wise like that of the “Guardians”.

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
Amen, and that’s what’s frustrating in my opinion is that Bibbs Lakefront plans has beaches, lawns and concert areas in place of where Luxury Apartments would go under Haslam as this is the “mandate” his constituents gave him in the public feedback. This area is in the midst of a working Port, they are building an Eastside beach with the park revamp and west has a Beach. This is not the place for that stuff and this I feel is why Jimmy went to BP because Bibb won’t back down from this as ”the people have spoken”

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
I think Bibbs done WONDERS compared to past administrations of this city, however he is letting DEI steer this development site with a mission of recreation places for people that “never felt welcome down at the lakefront” (His words, not mine) due to the use of public tax dollars, which I don’t believe fits with Haslam vision of High End/Luxury everything of which he wants to build from scratch and I absolutely believe that was a driving factor in the BP decision. I fully suspect that any DT stadium deal will result in “less inclusion” and more “high end” whatever, which I fully support here as Jimmys called his bluff on this and threatening to take his toys home. Cut your losses and settle for a public Lakefront Boardwalk in a high end neighborhood which will help subsidize the community via taxes and his elimination of tax abatements for in demand areas.

Cleveland Burke Lakefront Airport
Shutting down Burke JUST to have a park is a total waste. I’d rather it maintain airport operations. Now if they are giving it to that crook Haslam for a Stadium Crocker Park for the Clowns to play in DT, I can live with that

Cleveland: Downtown: Huntington Bank Field
They probably have a buyer for 10% of the team, which will give them equity to build BP
