As much as I want to see this property developed, I do not want to see this project here. Hopefully someone else takes over this project that can create a better design

I can see all our local politicians complaints regarding “courthouse/jail costs” being the public “buttering up” for a massive courthouse rental subsidy to help fund this project.

The same question I had after reading thru that entire Rock Bottom Cleveland.com journalism to no avail

I would have loved to see an infill/extension building/garage off of 2001 Payne. That buildings to perfect for a Police HQ to not be one

Im ecstatic to see any and every remnant of the Jackson Administration fall under Bibb. Bibbs affinity for Charter Schools may have been a core issue at play here however

This is the corruption CLASSIC CLEVELAND CITY HALL was RENOWNED for. Curious to see if Bibb lets this racially motivated shakedown continue under his watch.

I think a city ran by incompetent friends of mayors/councilman/local politicians in positions they were NEVER qualified to be in to are to blame more than Unions. And yes, I hope Mayor Frank gets named personally in those suits. His theft of Muni Income tax to fund incompetency/neglect that runs thru every department of this city is criminal, to say the least. Glad the Jackson/Kelley chain has been broken, but 50% of council are yearning to self anoint their Bibb successor as we speak.

Not a fan of site layout

I like the tower. Paint Museum needs 4 more floors at least

After seeing the Skyline renderings, I think moving it off the Jacobs lot was in part due to SW not wanting to block the Terminal Tower on the skyline view which I have come to agree with. Im more ok now with their Tower being adjacent too; versus on the Square, as I think it makes for a fuller “from the Lake” skyline view. I believe SW did allude to in some article not wanting to “overshadow” the luster of TT. However, that 2 story Paint Museum is a No Go all day long

Why are modern day townhomes never all flush with each other and completely perpendicular to the sidewalks? My OCD cant stand it. I think it completely ruins the look, especially with those crappy townhomes off detroit in Lakewood
