The green is terrible. I like the ceiling.

No matter how you spell it, Cincinnatti's the enemy - ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH
Yeah, the Boston Globe had a more intelligent article about Cincinnati stealing Gillette last year. It was great! I am pretty sure it was posted on this site. The article in the St. Louis Dispatch is embarrassing. That guy looks like a moron from St. Louis. Olive Garden? Yeah, we don't have those except in places like Fairfield. In fact, has St. Louis ever had a 5 star restaurant?

The lobby looks like 1985. I am disappointed with HOK on the lobby.

No matter how you spell it, Cincinnatti's the enemy - ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH
I have lived in Cincy most of my life. It is the city of my birth. I have never even given St. Louis a thought frankly. Our rivals are our neighbors of Pittsburgh and Cleveland. We don't care about St. Louis. St. Louis is pathetic anyway. Anemic skyline, sprawl, terrible riverfront. Yuck.

Cincinnati: Evanston: Development and News
That looks like an office park from 1985. I think there are already some glass buildings like that along 71 North.

Cincinnati: Fountain Square: Development and News
Why do we need to put the name of the town on every new project. We know where we are. Seems desperate. The Square needed a face lift but that modern facade will be dated in a few years. And way too many trees. I have said that all along. Too many superfulous water features too. Only need the Tyler Davidson. I am not sure this is going to meet the mark.

Toledo: Historic Photos
This was before anyone would have thought of decimating a city with parking lots. Great pics and sad to see cities changed like that.

Columbus: General Business & Economic News
Why has Columbus become the insurance capitol of the world? It used to be Hartford but with Progressive, Nationwide and Safe Auto, I think Columbus may be.

Cleveland: Why the modern mansions on Chester between E. 70th-90th?
Someone needs to provide a photo.

Hamilton! - Gallery 7 - Historic Highland Park
I checked out the neighborhood on Sibcy Cline's web site and it is CHHHEEEAAAAPPP. Beatiful old homes in the mid 100s to 200k. About $100k to $200k less than in Hyde Park or Mt. Lookout. This neighborhood is a great alternative for people who want to live in between Dayton and Cincy but want a 1920's home for 1/3 of the price of a tract house in a farm field. Great find!

What famous "CURRENT" athletes are from your Ohio city?
Way too man to list for Cincy.

Madisonville (Cincy) - Increasing Home Values?
I have been watching home values in Madisonville for the last couple of years and have noticed prices increasing, especially on the fringes of the neighborhood. There is even a home for sale over $200,000. Do you think Madisonville will ever become the next Oakley? It is the same housing stock as much of Oakley. Should it become the next Oakley? It is sandwiched between Oakley, Hyde Park, Indian Hill and Mariemont. It has a defined neighborhood business district. There are a lot of houses for sale between $100k and $150k. There are also a lot under $100k. It has location potential but seems to struggle socially and economically. Any thoughts?[glow=red,2,300][/glow]

Mine's Bigger Than Yours... (POST YOUR GAS BILL COST)
2 story house built in 1923, 2100 square feet = $435.00 for gas and electric. $50 in electricity.

Melting away / Loss of steel jobs ripples through Weirton, W.Va.
I did my senior college thesis on Weirton, WV and the Weirton Steel Company. I am saddened by this news. I love Weirton. I will always have a spot in my heart for Weirton.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Queen City Square
I am so glad they didn't build that tower larger than the Carew. No way.

Cincinnati: Downtown - 525 Vine Renovation
Why is the bottom so different from the rest of the place. None of it matches which seems to be a theme for architecture in this city lately.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Convention Center / Hotel
I absolutely 100% hate it. It will come down in 10 years guaranteed!
