Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
If I didn't know you personally, I would think you are a bit of a creap. But because I know you personally, I know you are a creap and this is reaffirmation

Cincinnati: Madisonville: Stratford at Kenwood senior tower
Rando's right, its technically in the City of Cincinnati, in the neighborhood of Madisonville, even though the development is clearly marketing itself as being in Kenwood/Madeira.

Columbus: Ohio State Main Library Renovation

Nashville, Tennessee
i was just there. my company submitted a propsal for a centennial park re-design. but yes, the parthenon is big and tacky, imo. Parts of the park are quite nice though. Overall, the city was very underwhelming outside of downtown. Downtown itself surpirsed me (not the touristy area), with narrow streets and great alleys, etc.

Cincinnati: Corryville: 2600 Vine Redevelopment
Yea, I am confused. Who on here has been supporting this development? Surely not I.

Cincinnati: Corryville: 2600 Vine Redevelopment
this cannot happen. lets move these ideas to calhoun. If those buildings are torn down, it would be a true travesty.

Cincinnati: State of Downtown
its called the gallery hop. But the gallery hop is quite pretentious now-a-days. Final Friday doesn't have that vibe. With that said, the amount of people at a typical gallery hop makes you feel all warm inside about Columbus and the Short North. Love it.

Cincinnati: State of Downtown
my boyfriend lived in a great studio on Main Street for $400/month. It felt like a big space too with how it was laid out. Hardwood floors, newly renovated...ish. But yes, I would live there.

good to see a nice article on Cincy. To us that know Cincy well, it should be no surprise.

Cincinnati: Clifton: Development and News
encroach on the edge of the park? Geez..... And yes, I am talking about something along the lines of what Ram23 put up, but maybe a more permanent looking structure. Vision people.

Cincinnati: Clifton: Development and News
But they plan on putting in a restaurant IN the park up around Dixmyth. I filled out a big survey about it. Clearly they are open to putting a restaurant in the park, and the restaurant might have this treehouse vibe that goes with the park, or it might be super green to go along with the park. I am saying it would go better at the corner of Ludlow and Clifton than Dixmyth and Clifton.

Cincinnati Streetcar / The Connector News
Yea thats weird. Typically, they give township residents the city that is closest to them. So if you live in Delhi or Green or Anderson, you'll probably get a Cincinnati mailing address. Not sure why Eastgate would get a Cincinnati one as well. Maybe Milford or Batavia is too small to handle the mail excess.

Cincinnati: Clifton: Development and News
I don't think you want to raise that question with the Cincinnati Park Board. Why not?
-
Cincinnati Streetcar / The Connector News
when I was aksed to sign the petition, I was first asked if I live in the City. I don't know if they always ask this or not.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Queen City Square
The article gives you reasons...choose one.

Cincinnati: Clifton: Development and News
Why can't there be development in Burnet Woods behind the fountain? They are proposing a restaurant in the park close to the intersection of Dixmyth and the new realignment of Burnet Woods Drive. The concept would make more sense in the Ludlow NBD.

Cincinnati: Clifton: Development and News
The Spiral Lights space is occupied and soon to open. Plus, the district just got an Ace Hardware. If the Norka Futon space is filled in soon, I think it will be a sign the retail scene is strong. I do think the district could use new construction. Concentrate it on Clifton where the old funeral home was and behind the fountain.
