  1. I feel like this happens every time a new forumer interested in the Cincy area joins to forum. And once again....the height of buildings in a city DOES NOT matter. If it did, cities like D.C, to a lesser extent Portland, and almost every European city would be in the shitter.

how exactly is Italian Village defined? Right when you get into the Short North coming from downtown, you see a sign that says 'Welcome to Italian Village' So is that really Italian Village or Short North...or is the village a sub-hood of the short north? Anywho, great pics!

hello all. So I am in the process of updating my resume since I am starting a new job and new school and will be looking for a summer internship next summer. And...I am a bit bored. Anyway, does anyone have good resume formats to follow, etc? I am sick of the one I have and need to update it sorely. I saw ones online but I figured coming on here would be better, esp. if peole can provide insight to good formats specifically for planning type jobs. Any information would be helpful. Thanks!

Yea, doesnt the gulf jet stream help make europe's climate mild? ... and so is NYC, Boston, and Detroit. Hell, so is Glacier Nat'l Park in Montana.

  18. does it attract a young crowd?
  19. is The Golden Lion a gay bar? I am moving to Ludlow area and saw rainbow flags outside it but they werent typical rainbow flags so I wasnt sure if it meant it was a gay bar or if they were just happy decorations.
  20. but...but....it was on the national registry of historic places....right? I think thats the list. Anyway....the air conditioning system.....nnnnoooooooooo(thats why it was on the list...right?) anyway, I am glad its gone. It was sooo ugly and since i live on 13th and had to look at the building every day, I am happy.
  21. BallhatGuy, thanks for posting that article about the Vine Street gallery. My dad will be very interested to read this as was I. Glad to see he is successfully rehabbing the space.
  22. Yea this is an awesome neighborhood...just south of osu. And imo, these photos do not do justice to this neighborhood. Great photos David, but this neighborhood has a LOT of charm that you just cant capture. Neil Avenue is wonderful in this 'hood and there are also a few round-a-bout type structures around Michigan/Pennsylvania/Harrison West area-ish.
  23. ...then buy a condo in over-the-rhine....problem solved :-D
  24. so apparently Skip Prosser has passed away. This according to espn.com. Has anyone else heard of this? He was 56.
