i know a girl whos 25 who recently moved from nashville for a job. too bad shes hangin out with ppl who go to 'take 5' EVERY night on cincys west side on harrison avenue. I hung out with her and could tell she wanted to break out. she said she lives in mt auburn somewhere and loves the 'quaintness' of it.
  2. eeerrrrr......did you mean kathmandu? nepal's a country unless theres some nepal city i dont know about.
  3. hhhmmmm, i wonder what the definition of a suburb should be. Is Lakewood a suburb of Cleveland? I would say so. I dunno though. I know Newport isnt sub-urban but it is compared to Cincinnati. So wouldn't it technically be a suburb of Cincinnati?
  4. i want the square open now......now i say.
  5. eeeerrr......i dunno.

I love the view of Cincinnati off....what is it....Boal Street in Mt. Auburn. So incredible with the park right under your feet. I would recommend to head up sycamore street until you head up an incline, then turn right on boal street i believe. This is also a neat part of town with a lot of nice residential rehabs, etc.
  7. ok ummmmm, ive never been to honolulu and i am sure its great but you cant say a city is better than another based solely on the skyline. I mean come on, haven't you learned yet to not judge books by its cover. Cbus has great 'hoods that would stand to to most if not all that honolulu has to offer i am sure. Im not sayin honolulu isnt better than cbus, i mean afterall, its in HAWAII people, but my point is simply coparing cities skylines and claiming one is better than the other because it has more tall buildings, etc. is ignorant. If we did that, DC would be considered horrible, and we all know thats not true.
  8. i dunno though. if you look at the calgary picture i posted, the river is on the near side of the picture. in this picture, the river is on the other side of the city. unless there are 2 bodies of water or my directions are backwards. other than that, I have no educated guess for this.
  9. hmmmm looks american/canadian.
  10. yep, its auckland.
  11. nope. but good guess.
  12. where is the title with the name? Anyway, heres the next one. Sorry if this is small.
  13. thats tough, a lot of these cities look alike to me. i would have to guess........eeerrr.....sao paulo......

  18. yea, isnt one of the reasons they went to the flat rate was so they could be easily compared to more elite institutions?

    i love lamp
  20. well even with a 9-11,000 discount its still more expensive than osu by about 3,000 bucks.
  21. well obviously many of us urban ohioans wouldnt want to go to miami, but miami is the best school is southwest ohio and before the flat rate decision, it was well priced, so I can totally understand why people would want to go there. today, with the flat rate, i think it is something like 21,000 for everyone and thats pretty redic. so osu is deff. more bang for your buck than miami anyways.

the girl on 'Made' was born in or around Dayton. Go to Dayton to see her. Btw, in the opening segment they said she was from Dayton and they showed cornfields to represent it. hmmmmmm......
  23. well osu is a great place and i recommend transferring here but imo, the city of cincy is better than cbus. if i could put osu in cincy, i would be happy. just my opinion though.
  24. i know my friend visited bg, hated it, didnt want to go there, then found out how much money they were giving him and decided to go there. so i think those kind sof schools tend to give more scholarship money than other schools. i remember uc offered me quite a bit of aid and osu offered less. i ended up choosing osu to get away from home and the better programs but the point is i think the 'worse' schools obviously tend to give more money to kids and that keeps them alive. xavier.....dont they have a killer business program? i dunno....id never go to x. go cats and bucks.
