  6. cheap land to build on is the only reason i would assume the company would choose Pataskala. Oh yea, that and its proximity to Cbus.
  7. i wonder if the sign itself is sarcastic lol. but i think its extremely exciting. i mean you know what youre gettin when you go there; its all in the name.
  8. that Norwood house story is pretty interesting. Hopefully I will be able to catch that show.
  9. how fast is it really growing? how does it compare to indy and cincy based on raw numbers, not necessarily percentages? cincy and indy also seem to be growing faster than most midwest places like detroit, pitt, cleveland, st louis, toledo, etc.

  13. Cleveland's economic output is much larger than any other region in the state. Can you provide some numbers. youre not being clear on what youre basing 'economic output' on. Thanks.
  14. Youre probably right, most high end retailers would enter Cleveland first. In my opinion, this isnt because of the wealth Cleveland has, but instead, the fact that it is a large market. Cincinnati, too has a very small city square mileage wise, very close to the size of Cleveland. The difference between the two, however, is that the city of Cincy has quite a few extremely affluent neighborhoods. Does Cleveland? My belief is the city doesnt but I could obviously be wrong. But yea, I dont really know what that has to do with anything.
  15. ^oh ok. i just thought i remember the census numbers saying "cleveland-akron-canton: 2.9 mill" but yea, i think your analasys sounds right. Great, there goes my whole belief system.
  16. OK, I am not lookin up anything, but I thought Clev-Akron-Canton was 2.9 mill and Cincy-Dayton is now 3.1 mill. Am I wrong here?
  17. i love this school. go bucks.

looks like u answered ur own request.
  20. well, according to facebook, the amount of ppl that say theyre from columbus is the highest at osu, obviously. the second highest is cincinnati, then cleveland. now obviously facebook isnt scientific, but im just sayin'. personally, i run into tons of ppl from up north. i think its cuz cincy has a large school that attarcts a lot of ppl down there while cleveland doesnt have that.
  21. insurance rates are higher in the city, as it is generally more risky to live there than the suburbs and rural areas.
  22. thats good news for cincinnati. surprised columbus isnt higher, what with all the suburban annexation they've done and all. now, where are all these people and why arent they moving into downtown and OTR?!?!?!?
  23. I too am very excited about Cincy's future and can't wait to move there. I can't help but wonder, though, if we are diluting ourselves. Are we really seeing the truth or are we merely hoping? I hope to God we see the truth because OTR is soooo important to the vitality of Cincy's urban core.
