I heard the other day and can't quite remember where I heard this, that Dante's was moving from the valley up to Tremont. As there is construction going on in the old bank building next to Professor Market and a new patio of some sort being built behind it visible from Literary, I was wondering if this is what was moving in there. Anyone have any confirmation on this?

I really like the look of that building.

Does anyone have any knowledge of what is going on with the building on the corner of Chester and E. 13th? The building is directly to the east of the Chesterfield building.

Does anyone have any details on the work that is going on to the old Browns Market down Starkweather from Lucky's, is it going to be a grocer, like suggested? If so that would be great finally a grocery store that I could walk to. Also does anyone know how many units are going to be built as part of Starkweather Place, does it involve just the corner where they are currently building? They are making quite a bit of progress and already have one sold sign in the windows.

If Wolstein wants to build it on land that he already owns, why not put it on the land south of Progressive Field where he or his father once proposed building a new convention center. This site has access to the Rapid and the interstates.

I finally made it over to Room Service and Duo Home this weekend, loved both stores, the wife couldn't help but buy a few things. I will still go to Banyon tree more often, since it is only a block from my house, but love that more cool stores are coming to Cleveland. This neighborhood is coming along nicely.
