Cincinnati Streetcar / The Connector News
I much prefer to have subway than at grade or elevated rail. I think that it is much more aesthetically pleasing as well as more efficient. I dont mind having elevated or at grade rail once it is outside the city center, but in the city center subway in my opinion is better

Relocating to Cincinnati Area
^ I would not recomend Mason. My parents live out there... If you are at all opposed to a stail environment, that is what you will get with mason. Its suburban all families and really the only young people that live there live with their parents. No night life, and the drive to downtown is not fun to do everyday. But if that is for you cincinnati traffic is a joke compaired to most places in the country. Not really that heavy.

Cincinnati: Over-the-Rhine: Development and News
People today rely to heavily on the government (City) to take care of everything. People should feel a sense of ownership and take pride in that. Picking up trash and pulling some weeds is just like mowing your lawn it is something you should do.

It would be nice to see the enquirer do reporting like this! Instead of playing to the suburbanite crowd, doing an impartial piece that reports the news

Cincinnati: GE Aerospace
It would have been nice to see the city at least make a play for this. I would have loved to see another skyscraper downtown, even if meant giving them the land plus tax breaks. There is pleanty of vancant land downtown that would be much better suited for these jobs than west cheaster. If not in downtown it would have been cool to see them retrofit the Bicycle factory in Norwood.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Hampton Inn / Homewood Suites (Cincinnati Enquirer Building Redevlopment)
This is one of my favorite buildings in DT and arguably in the best location in DT. I am really excited about this project and hope that they really do a nice job. This building and this location deserve nothing but the best

Cincinnati: Downtown: 84.51°
What about making it apartments? Downtown is definately lacking in the apartment stock. I know that we are going to get a lot with the first phase of the Banks, but something geared towards the YP's needs to be for rent most dont have 40k in assets to secure a 200k loan. As far as the Playhouse moving here I'm not a fan. I would like to see something that will create a lot of sidewalk activity. (Movie Theater, Shopping, Restaurants) Something like D.C. has around the Verison Center. Just a disclaimer I am for the Playhouse moving Downtown, but will it really create enough energy?
