    Are there any renderings?
  2. You have to look at where they're coming from in Ohio. If they're coming from Downtown Cincy, then I guess that could be considered a loss, or a statement about projects in Downtown Cincy. However, if they're coming from Hamilton or Norwood or something, then I think it should be looked at as good news. It's people moving into the city core.
  3. Yeah but the wealthy Cincinnatians wouldn't be able to fly back and forth between Europe without Northern Kentucky. Also, Northern Kentucky isn't really "Kentucky", but I think most people know that.
  4. What's the latest on this project? Has it already broken ground?
  5. Get ready: Banks really happening Editorials After a decade of delay, dispute and disappointment, you can hardly blame Greater Cincinnati residents for being skeptical when their leaders say the Banks is finally, again, just around the corner. But this week's update by project team members shows that, despite a delay in this month's approval schedule and a recent building-height controversy, this mega-project of retail, residential and commercial development on Cincinnati's downtown riverfront is nearing reality. Why's everyone gettin worked up about Lansing? Malcom X grew up in Lansing.
  7. Hey I'm new here. I'm living mostly in Indy now, but have some family that just moved to NKY, so I've been exploring the city slowly trip by trip. A few days ago I was in the area around U Cincy. I was on the southside of the campus and enjoyed walking around (had a nice urban campus feel to it, especially McMillan (?) street). However, I noticed there were several large vacant lots that were across the street from what looked like some newer development (there was a building with a Panera, Potbelly, etc.). I was wondering if there were any plans to develop those vacant lots. Seems like prime real estate.

11/12 has to be the most bland building I've ever seen. Some of those bars look cool though.

Well that's a shame. You're missing out on a lot.
  10. I've been reading on here for a while. Thought I'd share some photos. They almost moved this building brick by brick for the library expansion... Speaking of which, is almost done: Didn't know this was in Indy Some St. Joesph: One of the ugliest buildings in the city: Even in urban environments Mother Nature rules supreme:
