I go both ways. On one hand, yes it is better than the majority of supermarket construction. On the other hand, just because its marginally better than the rest, doesn't make it good.

It's the opposite. The minor leagues have much tougher drug testing since they are NOT covered by the MLB union. MLB can pretty much write their own rules. I know I'm splitting hairs here, but there are people covered under the CBA in the minors. If you spend one day of service in the majors, you're covered by the union.
