university circle: last I checked is the largest employment zone outside of the CBD, so if the powers that be can collectively pull their heads out of their asses and capitalize on: employment numbers, two rapid transit stations, good bus service, a BRT line, best collection of culture in NE ohio and a top notch university.

the new curbs arrived for the public square portion. at least, i think they are curbs. Lot of jack-hammering going on between E. 4th and Public square.
