Yes they own the lot at 126th and mayfield, then the larger one behind the dumpy house. The dumpy house has a dumpy owner. The building was condemned by the locals. Something is tied up in court, but we are really just waiting for it to catch fire in the near future. Knowing the owners of primo vino. I don't think selling the lots is in the near future (2-3 years). However, both of them are probably getting closer to retirement, and would likely package the three lots with primos gargantuan building (three floors) and probably get a good price to retire on. (this is all complete speculation by the author)

^parking is pretty much non-existant in little italy now. Various restaurants have small lots, typically no more than 10-15 spots. Primo vino is the lone exception with capacity for about 40 cars. On street parking has always been hard, and now with art season kicking up. Irregardless, i stand by my previous statement of fat and lazy suburbanites.

I agree. And besides, I would think that smoking weed would motivate him to build a downtown skyscraper. That way he could get even higher. KJP on Peter B. Lewis

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
as far as i heard its just a sprain. which is good for a few reasons 1) verajon (sp?) will see some good minutes and mature his game 2) z really isn't needed for the rest of season. I'm assuming the cavs can hold on to their #4 seed without him. So Z being a little older, the glass feet, and his agility has dimunished significantly since coming into the NBA. Hopefully the rest he gets will be a boost, and let him play in sparse minutes to get his strength back up for the playoffs.

well if everyone's favorite parking lot ever gets off the ground, case has been wanting a hotel as one of the main tennants for years now. proximity to rapid will help a bunch too, hopefully we can build out to 120th, or move to mayfield, or both. (though two stops that close?)
