  6. the team has a name! the youngstown SteelHounds!
  7. birdman, last i heard is that eventually the top of the hill will be converted (either re-use or re-build) into grad housing. Basically making north side for undergrads and the south side for grads. As for a time frame, i would expect some details as the north residential village is wrapping up (once again occupancy in the fall of '05)
  8. i really don't think there's enough space next to the existing msass space.........goodbye fiji house!
  9. x, wait a new msass school of mgmt? I haven't heard anything........if the need be, i know the dean of msass....... or is the new school completely separate from msass?
  10. i'm pretty sure there's a rendering of the site on the properties as the article states there is three companies involved in two properties. Coral Co. has the area south of cedar and they aren't as drastic. However when looking for websites for either Caitlin or Contendre i couldn't find anything. I'll look tomorrow and see if there is a rendering posted up anywhere on the site
  11. detroit related comment: some developers in detroit are finding that the port authority is a good resource for money also. The detroit one hasn't issued bonds in quite a while (something like 20 yrs) but they have an excellent credit rating and all that jazz
  12. little caesar's is gone, in fact they closed all of their cleveland locations as far as i can tell i do enjoy cedar center, since it is the closest place to me (well i guess cedar center and severance center are equadistant).......and neither of them are walkable
  13. how does the case campus center come in more than the ford euclid development? (50 vs 35 mil) last i heard ford-euclid was at least ten stories and that's not a small property looking at the current site of thwing center, it would have to be say 22 stories.........unless ghery is behind this........
  14. dearest KJP, please get a life sincerely, the pope
  15. wow if cedar center was all the rave back in the day, i'm glad i wasn't alive then and how was it pedestrian friendly back then? It sure as hell isn't easy to navigate on foot nowadays...... regardless the renderings i've seem look like the place has some potential left in it
