  2. are you guys talking about the costs of terminal tower as in waaay back in the day? If so, it should be noted that it was the largest excavation project in the history in the USA at its time. (if i'm wrong, mayday can correct me, he definately knows)

  15. what are you talking about Frank, money will only flow into downtown cleveland when the gov't (through subsidies or whatever) will kick in money to "unsafe" developments. Everybody knows the only way for a business/project to survive in downtown cleveland is with tax abatement!

  20. mrnyc, have you riden the amtrak through elyria recently? The reason i ask is b/c back when i used to take the train from Cleveland to toledo (three years ago) it looked like the station was just a small white box.

  22. In spirit of pork, the PD reported that $1 Million buckaroos was omnibussed for the restorations of the out of service 1925-era train station in elyria. Its listed on the National Register of Historic Place. So does anyone have any info, location, pictures, history, etc?
