we're splitting hairs here, but franchise fees do go back to HQ. No more PJ's franchise structure discussion.

^IIRC, National City has one for just maintaining a average daily balance of 5k or something. Ask your bank, there's a lot of things banks can do for you.

and one week from now, we'll forget all about this. While we are at it, lets boycott NY for wanting Lebron and having articles in the news about woo-ing him.

I always enjoy your colours seicer (and your photos too)
  5. When seemingly they were previously exclusive to the urban areas?
  6. On those same lines (perhaps not as sarcastic), I hear that the upper 3rd base line deck of the new Washington National's park has some flipping sweet views of the Capitol, monument etc. FYI.
  7. Small Conglomerate? http://www.blockcommunications.com/
  8. I'm surrounded on all sides by heat monsters, so I never turned on the furnace. I would occasionally turn on the fireplace. Average gas heating bill for Dec-Mar? $12.
  9. I get all my news from UO. #1 in circulation in my heart.
  10. A female reproductive organ from Cleveland?

or, there could be no suspension, not even a foul:
  13. I think it would better for banks to provide those types of classes and for it to be a part of schools curriculum Already exists: http://www.wecofund.com/
  14. Having worked at one the retailers, and making many friends at the one next door: Revenues for the TC stores were far lower than a) all stores b) comparable stores (urban market stores). About the only thing the downtown stores led the respective companies in was shrinkage. Oh god, I'm off topic, Back to Euclid!
  15. You want an evaluation? who are you directing to do this? Yes Tower City was there with "no" residents, and look how it did. Also downtown population is still around 10k.
  16. I have no idea. Honestly, I don't go beyond a beer and a hot dog/brat. I mean the scoreboard is nice? The bathrooms work? The centerfield beer garden is nice, especially since no one goes to tribe games.
  17. I haven't been to Coors, but I think the Jake is better than Cameden or GABP. Codger stadium is cool to look at but a bitch to get to. Good food! People show up in the 2nd inning and leave in the 7th Wrigley is just bad for sitelines and horrible seats. Shea is OK if you're in the lower bowl near the bases. Yankee stadium is eh, but I will only sit in the outfield. I like Enron Minute Maid in Houston Joe Robbie/Pro Player is bad for baseball I don't like Fenway, it's just outdated and uncomfy to me. Tropicana Field is like a circus tent and just stinks! Rangers Ball park reminds me of the jake in a way Turner Field is an afterthought Oakland Coliseum is hard to get to and feels half empty. But their doesn't appear to be a gad seat in the house. Rogers Centre is interesting in a '80s kinda way. The Suites are fab-u-lous! The Giants Park is another jake knockoff but boring to look at. Citizens Park is a Jake knockoff. The Roof top bleachers are neat and the bullpin set up is interesting. But isn't the Progressive a knock off of Camden Yards? (since they started the retro trend?). That's like calling Veterans' a knock off of Three Rivers a Knock off of Riverside a knock off of Busch a knock off of Shea...
  18. Moving on.... They are cleaning out the space between WT Grants Entrance and Teresa's Pizza. Don't know if that means anything...

That's pretty much how I operate, except for the endpoints of routes.

If we went by occupancy, 200 Public Square would still be under construction.
