  4. ^I know its early also, but who would be his likely successor? Kobayashi?
  5. I'm not a convention expert, but if there's two major gripes I always tend to see its 1) gross space and 2) continuous space. I agree with McCleveland here, there's just no way to gerrymander a large amount of continuous space on the back of TC (unless they go out to Scranton?)
  6. The Dewey's in Cincy I've had great experiences at. At the Lee Road one I've had a few hits and misses. Mostly on the service side, never on the food side. But that's just me, I heart their pizza.
  7. I go for a lot of walks at all hours, especially between Prospect at 9th and 4th (ask cle3202), and have never felt uncomfortable.

KJP knows, but there's a train store in Lakewood, I think on Detroit. Don't know if he buys, but its probably a place to start.
  10. I can see it going for 10x more in Stryker.
  11. State finds explosive City View gas levels Parking lots at issue, not Garfield stores Monday, April 14, 2008 Michael O'Malley Plain Dealer Reporter Garfield Heights- At City View Center, a big-box shopping plaza built on a dump, state inspectors have found explosive levels of methane gas in sewer basins under parking lots and in a nearby mound of dirt-covered garbage.
  12. um what about all the existing vacant storefronts? Isn't that what we want filled in? Never, the loss of the hippodrome ruined cleveland, Forever!
  13. JMasek, Has there been any maps coming out in the near future that show the typical "Cleveland Rapid Transit System Map" with the health line incorporated? I'm thinking of the larger map usually on display in red line vehicles above the door, or by the conductor.
  14. I believe they are related to the Silver/Health Line. there's one focused on the road at Euclid/East 2nd (SE Corner of Public Square)

okay, I'm not financial wizard. But when predicting future costs and future budgets for say an industry that is dependent on fuel or some other material: Don't you usually factor in a predicted inflation for that good? I find it absurd that their financial gurus there didn't factor this in, since every article from SkyBus' perspective is bemoaning the costs of fuel.
  19. Any insight as to who/where or is this mildly secretive?

  24. what color are the ducks? how big are the ducks? is it a rouen or a saxony?
  25. the parking should be constructed under the new building, possibly getting 3 levels. Don't we have some construction engineer managers on here? I can't remember the stats off-hand, but per level, going underground, the cost of a parking space versus a garage is something like 10 times as much.
