Today the bricklayers were working in front of it (euclid corridor streetscape). No facade yet, but inside it looked like walls were painted and the feel of the place was developing.

yeah, let me rephrase that, what a tenant would probably looking for would be "connected parking", clearly a skywalk is just one way to accomplish that.

A skywalk like that is a HUGE selling point to potential tenants.

birmingham mostly yes. Royal oak, hit or miss. Some bars are 100% pretentious. there's still a few good ones, but even those are slipping away.
