  2. Today the bricklayers were working in front of it (euclid corridor streetscape). No facade yet, but inside it looked like walls were painted and the feel of the place was developing.

    Yup, the google maps image actually caught it swung closed, link its there at the intersection of Riverbed and Center, going underneath the superior avenue bridge. (zoom in a lot, it will be obvious) Local Live has it open link

    I'm just saying people not familiar would be like, "why did MayDay include this photo of a crappy parking lot?" And by the time they got to the second image they probably couldn't put the two together. God I'm an ass.

    that crypt creeps me out. Call me nitpicky, but i'm nit-picking the order of your photos. The before and after of the avenue district should be next to each other. But other than that, nice work.

  10. yeah, let me rephrase that, what a tenant would probably looking for would be "connected parking", clearly a skywalk is just one way to accomplish that.

  17. I know every restaurant preps foods. But to prep it down to the level that a sandwich can't be ordered without Dijon? Shenanigans. Also, why did my Cuban Sandwich taste like Wasabi? Like really bad, it was dominating everything.

    birmingham mostly yes. Royal oak, hit or miss. Some bars are 100% pretentious. there's still a few good ones, but even those are slipping away.

    That was always one of my personal selling points on so many bars downtown, pretty much every place was give me a beer and no pretentiousness. Honest Jons? Anyone?
