Cleveland- Does the weather influence your location?
you don't seem to be looking in that direction, but for my own personal experience, I always viewed anything East of I-271 to be snow belt-y and potentially ruinous to commuting

Cleveland: Retail News
Actually Pope, they do. This is the "perception" vs. "reality" factor in full play here. pulling in retailers is like a big puzzle. I've said it before and I'll say it again, if FC bought in a MALL management company, tower city could be solid mid tier to upper mid tier mall. I can see that flying more at a Beachwood standalone mall, but not at TC. Have you been downtown at lunch in Panera on a workday? Everyone seemingly is working and on lunch, not shopping. You don't see ann taylor and gymboree bags in line, you see briefcases and attaches. (and its no secret how high a % of total business a food franchise makes at lunch)

Cleveland: Retail News
so Ann Taylor closes, and Panera closes because of it? That just makes no sense at all. Here's a clue Covelli: people don't go, "gee I want a pants-suit and an asiago bagel, but where or where on Earth can I do both at the same time?"

From The Lima News: Drawing on a dream By Bart Mills | Monday, January 28, 2008 Mike Schulte doesn’t need a crystal ball to show folks the future of Lima; he has YouTube. The Delphos native and graduate architecture student at Ball State enlisted a group of fellow students to draft a vision of Lima’s possible future. That vision is now available as an 80-page book for sale at the Downtown Lima Inc. office and online. A computer-generated flyover of their vision for the town square is also available on YouTube. Schulte said he is hoping folks will look at the ideas and start the long step toward making them a reality. “We hope they’ll take a look at it and get a better idea of what we’re imagining,” Schulte said. “This is a long-term plan but it’s definitely doable.” MORE: http://www.downtownlimaohio.com/news/news.asp?NewsID=5- Cleveland: The Residences at 668 Euclid Avenue
