I've said it before and I'll say it again, if FC bought in a MALL management company, tower city could be solid mid tier to upper mid tier mall. I can see that flying more at a Beachwood standalone mall, but not at TC. Have you been downtown at lunch in Panera on a workday? Everyone seemingly is working and on lunch, not shopping. You don't see ann taylor and gymboree bags in line, you see briefcases and attaches. (and its no secret how high a % of total business a food franchise makes at lunch)

The Delphos native and graduate architecture student at Ball State enlisted a group of fellow students to draft a vision of Lima’s possible future. That vision is now available as an 80-page book for sale at the Downtown Lima Inc. office and online. A computer-generated flyover of their vision for the town square is also available on YouTube.
