Cleveland: Bob Stark Warehouse District Project
Gold Star for Avogadro for getting our attention. Stark's Warehouse District plan will need public money Posted by rroguski December 06, 2007 22:52PM It's clear Bob Stark's plan to turn the Warehouse District into Cleveland's city center will require a hefty infusion of public money. The developer updated The Plain Dealer this week on his vision of turning parking lots into neighborhoods between West 3rd and West 6th streets downtown. But he wouldn't say how much money he plans to request from the city, the county and the state. different image: http://blog.cleveland.com/business/2007/12/09EGSTARK.pdf

Wow. Anyone know their hours? They claim "late", but don't know if that's weekdays, weekends? every day? It is their first week, and having no sidewalk might encourage them to wait a bit.

Cleveland Guardians Discussion
Yes: For a solid reliever/prospect. We're full up at the outfield positions and Ramon Santiagao and Guillen can fill in at 3rd. No: His versatility is unmatched. Great range and glove at 3rd, has and can play all three OF positions and Catcher. Originally a SS in College.

Cleveland: HealthLine / Euclid Corridor
I'd imagine (speaking unprofessionally) That with a new corridor being established South of the Silver Line and North of Red Line, hopefully we can see a focused development pattern taking advantage of this excellent built infrastructure.
