Cleveland Cavs Discussion

Cleveland: HealthLine / Euclid Corridor
^pope's numbers are never concrete, always illustrative. Then I let people like KJP and JMasek fill in the blanks.

Cleveland: HealthLine / Euclid Corridor
point is, if you draw a 1/2 mile radius around each station it should be near/against/slightly overlapping to the next stations radius.

Cleveland: HealthLine / Euclid Corridor
I know there's map somewhere on this thread that shows how each stop when compared to the next is no more than the pedestrian watershed area (1/2 mile IIRC). Its a map with circular halos around each station, they should always come close to the next station... (little babbling, but some of you might be able to explain better)

Cleveland: Cuyahoga County Gov't properties disposition (non-Ameritrust)
Yeah, I can't say I know the building inside and outside, but I'd assume that there's a loading dock or two lying around.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
people have disagreed with me previously, but I believe that's it easier to sell a unit in a building that's complete (90% done or something) rather than just by blueprints and model units in the first floor of a nearby office. Any of the realtors out there who can comment on this?

Cleveland: Retail News
I know from firsthand statistics (as reported by my employer) that external theft at TC was much higher than other stores across the nation. Hell Beachwood versus TC was night and day. External: grab and go, cut and carry Internal: Me stealing magic wallets.

Cincinnati's health care plan: 'CincyCare'
Its pope asshat. 1) Cubans Go elsewhere? Where are they going? 2) What does british dentistry have to do with this discussion that revolves around medical insurance 3) I love how quick the US politcos are so quick to highlight some of the ills that do exist in the larger socialized systems (i.e. Canada to our north). Problems do exist, but nothing to the scale that exists in the US. Its not like people are dying while waiting for a necessary procedure. At least ALL canadians have access to healthcare and a doctor. More important is how much your employer is picking up for you insurance. Its an alarming trend, how much a) employers are offering insurance, and b) how much they are shifting the financial burden to the consumer.
