Size isn't a big issue. Anything larger than a Studio, but just because its a 1br and only 350 Sq. Ft. I would probably avoid it. If there's something with a 2nd room marketed as an office b/c of dimensions I'd be happy. Price wise, I dunno. I'm feeling it out. I'd say max would be about 650, but anything lower would be great. Maybe I will take a drive next weekend and write down some phone numbers. Do you think I would receive a decent response by posting on the tremonter?
