PWC? They seemed to have followed suit of E&Y's new-building naming frenzy. Nope, they moved into new space in BP this year. Plus, they're not big enough in Cleveland to demand enough space to warrant a new building. you don't have to occupy 100% of building to get your name on the top. But point taken, I didn't know they moved this year.

these dirt cheap rates for a lot of these leases have to be expiring soon (back when they dropped it to what 10 sq.ft a few years back to fill up the building?)
