i keep seeing story after story about the airport problems (late flights, delays, etc.) And i can't help but think if only there was a viable puddle jumper alternative, that problem would disappear.

^when "air rights" becomes common vocabulary, that's when you usually have high demand I say usually b/c detroit has even had a few air rights deals, and we certainly aren't hurting for space downtown.
