Cleveland: Downtown Cleveland Alliance News & Discussion
speaking of any Mall A or B or......my coworkers are always confused: Coworker: "what did you do for lunch today?" Me: "Oh nothing, sat out and people watched on mall B" Coworker: "oh, the galleria?"

Possible move to Cleveland Heights. Please help.
I'm a Heights resident with no kids so I can't comment on that aspect. (same goes for being church going). I hate agreeing with any "avoid" areas, but if there was one area that is less desirable than the rest of Cleveland Heights, Mov2Ohio's description is fair. I'm not saying the area is bad or anything like that, but relative to the rest of the heights, you could do better. Oh, and screw whole foods, go to Zagara's. The guy has been there for years on Lee Road. http://www.zagarasmarketplace.com/

Cleveland: Population Trends
i know you are being slightly facetious, but we obviously don't have the same reach as the PD (duh!). But those who read this forum know that cleveland ain't the downward spiraling shithole that sometimes the PD makes it out to be. Instead its Joe Medina and Susy Solon who do read the PD and aside from the occasional tribe game, that's the source of their exposure and news about cleveland.

Cleveland: Population Trends
and you act like the PD will write a positive article about this? (under the idea that the only reason people get doom and gloom is because the PD writes its annual doom and gloom article based on census estimates)

Abandoned: The Terraces (formerly Domain on Lee in Cleveland Heights)
^great news. I think Lee Road easily has the potential to capture a few other of these type developments and start growing vertically.
-
Cleveland: Population Trends
Ignoring the Federal dollars (is a capitated rate or banded rate?) I don't see a "moral boost". Yay, way to go Cleveland (or any other city that challenged), you only suck half as bad as previously thought! (except for cincinnati which posted like a 48 person population increase)

Cleveland Urban Planning: Why dont we get it?
I like how you can tell in the some of the older clinic buildings, where they actually took the time to board up the old street level windows.
