Does anyone know the progress in removing the debris?

The view from Devou is not too shabby, also.

The sign of construction equipment (which I can see on the webcam) is greeeaaat news, indeed! No longer will I "complain" about the lack of "Hourly news," "Cincinnatus." I had asked at this site if there were going to be a live webcam for the PARK development...I obviously already knew about the webcam for the first phase of the banks. On we go!!

Does anyone know if there will be a iive webcam for the park construction?

Randy, it would be fine (as you suggested) if you could find additional info from the city about the Banks schedule. Then maybe I would shut up, and not be so dense!

I did just that, with no response...I am truly sorry if somehow I offended anyone..it is not my intent. I thought by my last comment that I was supplying some info (pre-leasing), but I guess I was incorrect..I am not privy to the info that some of you graciously supply.

I thought I read somewhere that Phase I work would not begin until there was at least 45% pre-leasing. Would this be the reason nothing is going on at the site? Just wondering...

Sorry if I have seemed antagonistic..it is just that I live so far away that I can't always visit the city that I love so much! I will sincerely try to be more patient.

Honestly, now, Is anyone concerned about the lack of progress at the site? Absolutely nothing visible has happened in the last three weeks. Are they on schedule?

I know you guys said that site preparation and scheduling of heavy equipment takes some time, but it seems as if three weeks have gone by with no activity at the site.

I love CIncinnati and you have done a simply fantastic job!!! It is too bad the rest of the US cannot see these pictures and discover what a beautiful area this is. Any thought of putting the pictures in a book?
