  10. This is so true. We need to have these projects announced further along in their capital stack rather than earlier. We do get overly excited and most of the time we get disappointed.

Before they would tear down this 3 story building at 1110 euclid, Remember there is an EMPTY lot somehow around 1255 Euclid ave,( North Side ) i think it is next to the Sterling building and the Cowell & Hubbard building in playhouse square can accommodate approximately 20 stories on top it like the beacon and the Dwellworks building can accommodate 5-10 floors. All of this was discussed in the playhouse square thread around 2018-2019 or if we want more inside info we need to ask KJP
