Before they would tear down this 3 story building at 1110 euclid, Remember there is an EMPTY lot somehow around 1255 Euclid ave,( North Side ) i think it is next to the Sterling building and the Cowell & Hubbard building in playhouse square can accommodate approximately 20 stories on top it like the beacon and the Dwellworks building can accommodate 5-10 floors. All of this was discussed in the playhouse square thread around 2018-2019 or if we want more inside info we need to ask KJP

Awesaome - How about these 3 in the next 2 years - Nucleus ( Whatever Gilbert has planned ) and a revised Magellan and Sherwin Williams phase 2. Any chance here or am i really in some nice deep sleep.
