Before they would tear down this 3 story building at 1110 euclid, Remember there is an EMPTY lot somehow around 1255 Euclid ave,( North Side ) i think it is next to the Sterling building and the Cowell & Hubbard building in playhouse square can accommodate approximately 20 stories on top it like the beacon and the Dwellworks building can accommodate 5-10 floors.
