Since we are talking MLSNP & USL-C Soccer talk in 2 other threads - I would like to start some talk in another thread. I caught this in Our Sports Central Weekly Sports and Franchise report ( 08/22/22 ) Major League Indoor Soccer: The new professional MLIS was announced this week and will start a 2022-23 season in December with each team playing a 12-game schedule. The MLIS announced the first five teams that will be participating in the 2022-23 season include the Chicago Mustangs, Cleveland Crunch, Cincinnati Swerve and two new teams located in northern Illinois and western Michigan. The Chicago Mustangs, Cleveland Crunch and Cincinnati Swerve were part of a Great Lakes Division in the 2021-22 season of the Major Arena Soccer League 2. The MLIS stated applications have also been received from groups in Buffalo, Rochester (NY), Erie (PA), Lehigh Valley (PA), Hartford and Detroit. Do any Crunch fans have any info on this?
  8. hopefully that would be renovated instead of torn down
  9. So what site is open close to Nucleus site?
  10. Thank you. That would be awesome
  11. Is it possible that they put you on IGNORE because they don't want the general public to know the list of applicants. Do they have to provide the info if requested?

Abram Bros that run the Force Fitness center on Northfield Rd were looking into buying a portion of the Norfolk Southern site that is part of a couple of current sites that the Browns are interested in for a future stadium. ODOT was soliciting requests for that site and put everything on hold because of Covid. If that ever materialized it would be a 10000 seat stadium with a team in USL Championship. There is a nice blog written by KJP in October 2020. The project now sits in the abandoned projects thread. https://neo-trans.blogspot.com/2020/10/downtown-soccer-stadium-project-takes.html

Where does Cleveland SC play it's home games. That game against Pittsburgh looked like it was downtown at Krenzler Field.
  17. So if there is standing water on the west end then this pad is not level
  18. Does anyone know if all this rain has a impact on this freshly poured cement pad. Did this pad dry in time?
  19. I am excited about this project. I hope they fill up fast. BUT, the floor plates of this building make for a difficult conversion. Won't most of these 300+ units be in the center of the building and end up with no windows. This could be a test for the future ( if it happens ) Justice Center conversion from offices to residential. The floor at the JC make for a difficult conversation. Would anybody here want an apartment with no windows
  20. Can someone please tell me where this flyover bridge is? It is mentioned a few times in this article. I am assuming it is the Elevated bridge part of Rte 2 next to the stadium.
  21. Hmmm. Thanks for making us feel good
  22. Denver Broncos sell for 4.65B to Walmart Heir. Josh Harris would have paid 5B if he knew that that was what it would have taken. How does this impact his Minority share purchase of the Guardians? https://bleacherreport.com/articles/10038079-nfl-rumors-76ers-josh-harris-was-willing-to-pay-5b-to-purchase-broncos
