Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Thank you. Is this new technology or just cost savings as other downtown projects such as Lumen, Hilton Etc all had basements.

I am not in the construction business - and this might be a stupid question for those that are knowledgeable - But i am going to ask this question anyhow. Now every large construction project that i have ever seen has a pit dug out first AND this is a 38 story project and we are a month into construction and there is no signs of digging out a pit and everyone is saying that there is NO Basement. They are putting caissons in the ground, so i assume SW is going to build a 38 story building on a platform. Am i correct? Is this doable ? Is this cost cutting or am i missing something?

Ok Got it. Thank you. On Blitzer he is buying for 400 million a 35% stake in the Indians/Guardians. You said that in 2026 there is a path for a majority stake. From what you know is that a full 100% stake or 51%

This is definately awesome and unbelievable great news. The only question i have is Are these 2 Independent projects? Meaning the Nucleus site to be developed by Bedrock/Gilbert and the other parcel (ballpark village ) to be developed by Blitzer OR is Bedrock/Blitzer doing both of these together.

Geez - Until Benesch pulled out I figured Stark was going to pull it off somehow and get Nucleus built figuring he gets Round 1 or Round 2 TMUD. I feel bad for Stark after 7 years of trying to get it done. Hopefully the new buyer has deep pockets and wants to get something built. Hopefully it is not someone who sits on it and speculates on it for another 10 years. WHO could this MYSTERY BUYER be? Local or Out of town? My wish would be and JohnSummitt mentioned it upthread - A new Progressive Tower.
