It is time to re-visit this thread. It has been a GREAT month amongst this covid-19 world with announcements regarding Warner & Swasy, 1250 Riverbed, 2208 Superior Viaduct, hopefully a nautica sale & Masonic Temple Dream hotel. So before the year is done where will projects start? Nucleus? SHW? FEB? 925 ? City Club? WHat do you guys think will happen before the year is out?
